A: We specialize in the transportation and delivery of educational testing materials. We are not a general freight company.

A: Yes, we are fully web integrated. In fact, we designed and built our own applications such as Clarity™ Supply Chain Visibility Tools that gives customers both an easy-to-use order entry and shipment tracking option, but a much clearer look at the entire supply chain.

Q: What is a Statement of Work?

A: The Statement of Work (SOW) is the document that defines all the service expectations and requirements, as well as escalation procedures, contact names, phone numbers, and any information that is relevant to a smooth delivery process for your company. Both the shipper and ADS are involved in its writing and both must agree and sign the SOW, which then becomes the roadmap for our relationship.

Q: Do you provide inside delivery?

A: Yes, we provide inside delivery on every shipment, at no additional cost. In fact, our drivers are trained to bring the boxes inside a school and place them in the secure room of your choice.

Q: Will you call to schedule delivery?

A: Yes, we call and schedule every delivery, at no additional cost.

Q: Do you provide chain of custody visibility?

A: Yes, we offer unparalleled chain of custody visibility, including scan reports, web-based tracking , and piece count documentation at each touch point during transit.

Q: Are your warehouses secure?

A: All educational testing materials are kept in secure warehouses in our possession or locked in secure trucks during the transit period.

Q: How do I schedule my deliveries and pick-ups?

A: ADS offers a customized web application called ReShip™, which allows the user to schedule pick-up and delivery of test materials. In addition, Reship allows the user to track, create reports, and manage multiple test administrations.
